This fashionable and modern apartment is located in the heart of Cascais vila surrounded by local and traditional trade, restaurants and bars, pastries, supermarkets and public transports. Just 5 minutes walking from the train station to Lisbon, bus station to Sintra and the beaches of the Estoril Coast. The perfect location to enjoy all Cascais has to offer as a local resident and to visit the main spots and the interesting sites. Also 10 minutes by car from Quinta da Marinha golf course and equestrian center, the famous for surf lovers Guincho's beach and the Estoril Casino.

Please mind this apartment is located in the historical center, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars and there is a night club in the basement of the building. Despite the apartment has double glazzed you can have some street noise.

The apartment is a 2nd floor no lift but easy stairs. It was fully renovated planning on all your comfort and needs. As you enter the spacious and bright living room welcomes you. The living room is furnished in a modern style and has a living area with a large sofa, two armchairs, a cupboard and a TV LCD with international channels. The living room has also a charming fireplace, air conditioning is also available so that you can feel nice and comfortable any time of year. There is also WI-FI access in all house. The dining area has a large table and chairs for 6 Guests where you can enjoy your home meals looking at the old pictures of Cascais. The living room has access to a balcony faced to the main street with outside tables and chairs so you can enjoy the fresh air on a nice breakfast or an evening drink. All the apartment windows are new and have insulation and double glazed therefore the street noise will not disturb your rest. Next to the living room is the open kitchen fully equipped with oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and blender, and supplied with crockery and glassware, pots and pans, cutlery, kitchen utensils and cloths so you will feel easily at home. There are also available an iron and ironing board as well as an airer and clothes pegs on the kitchen porch. On a passage through the living room you'll find the private area. Along the corridor lies the two bedrooms. One bedroom is facing the main street and has a king size bed, two bedside tables and a large wardrobe. The other bedroom has two single beds, a large wardrobe and also two bedside tables which is useful if you want to join the beds. On this bedroom you can find a sofa-bed that can accommodate 2 extra guests. There are two bathrooms, one on the corridor with a bathtub and shower and another one on the porch next to the second bedroom with a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have towels available, hand gel, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. Thinking particularly on families with children this apartment has a special area to the little ones. There is a playroom for them next to the living room with children's furniture and full of toys. Your children can enjoy playing and have fun in safety while you can rest after a busy day in the city or at the beach. This apartment is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing vacation in the best area of Cascais with all the comfort you can get. National Registration nr 8015/AL

The Cascais City Hall charges 2 € per night of stay for each person from 13 years old with a maximum of 7 nights. This tax has to be paid in cash on the check-in.

Extras:Transfer Airport / Apartment: can be arranged for an extra cost of 55 Euros up to 4 persons, 70 Euros up to 6 persons, 80 Euros up to 8 persons each way.

Baby / Child Equipment: Cot and high chair for infants and toddlers can be provided for an extra fee of €5 per day.
