Response from the owner I locali erano due, un appartamento ed una camera quadrupla, inoltre vi ho messo a disposizione un'altro ambiente utilizzato come libreria, che alla fine non avete voluto per rimanere tutti appiccicati insieme. Avete avuto la disponibilità di tre bagni. Sui letti normali vi ho fatto uno sconto del 30%. I lettini da mare erano previsti sin dalla prima corrispondenza con l'organizzatore e non sono stati posizionati appunto per sapere come volevate accomodarvi e quanti eravate. Infatti vi aspettavo in 16 e siete arrivati in 12 senza nessun preavviso. Vi ho offerto subito da bere e cocomero fresco, invitandovi ad usare la piscina. La colazione vi è stata offerta gratuitamente e non poteva essere la solita in quanto per il Summer Jamboree ho avuto 45 persone con tutti gli inconvenienti per una struttura piccola come la mia. Comunque grazie per essere venuti ed aver assaporato le mie colline.

Response from the owner Grazie ragazzi mi ha fatto piacere conoscervi e vedere i vs. animali liberi e sereni. Come dicevo, a Senigallia quindi a 10km ci sono due stabilimenti balneari che accettano e coccolano i cani. Per cui questo è un posto che può tranquillamente dare spazio e tempo a chi ama il mare e la campagna in compagnia degli animali e senza limitazione. Usciti dal cancello si possono fare belle passeggiate nelle stradine, ai bordi dei campi coltivati o nei piccoli boschi adiacenti dove lasciare liberi i cani. Grazie di nuovo. Spero di incontrarvi presto a Casale Civetta.

Ottobre è un ottimo mese. Come hai visto il Corbezzolo ha maturato i suoi frutti e le prime foglie sono cominciate a cadere. Non è stato molto caldo, ma certamente più tranquillo dell'estate. Casale Civetta con il parco alberato, i sentieri per piccole passeggiate interne interrotte da punti si sosta con tavoli in pietra, gli ampi spazi aperti, pavimentati con mattoni dove poter camminare a piedi nudi, la piscina panoramica sulle colline e le chiome degli alberi, il laboratorio di scultura del tufo e del legno, gli alberi da frutto dove raccogliere liberamente, gli animali in libertà ......è libertà e tranquillità. Response from the owner Rispondo puntualmente: Nell'appartamento civetta ho alloggiato tra luglio ed agosto almeno trenta persone diverse. 30€ il 14 agosto non mi sembra un prezzo estremo. L'acqua calda c'era, bastava girare il rubinetto nell'altro lato. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano stati cambiati, ma evidentemente è stata una giornata no, per me e per la donna delle pulizie che ha trascurato il locale, verificando bene il suo stato. Le tubature di scarico sono collegate tra loro...è stato l'unico caso che l'acqua sia leggermente e momentaneamente risalita. Altre prove fatte il giorno seguente non mi hanno dato problemi. Zanzare ci sono, in campagna, l'appartamento è dotato di zanzariere. Non ho fatto storie sulla richiesta di rimborso...ma credo sia stata enfatizzata la critica, che non ha parlato anche di tutta la struttura a disposizione (piscina, parco, ampi spazi comuni, luogo personalizzato con opere d'arte.) Mi scuso con le clienti.
