Description
Welcome to real Italy and No.19 Piazza San Marco, our charming home in rural Italy. We have spent five years restoring the house to its authentic beauty with exposed beams and renovated terracotta floors. At the same time we have brought the house up to modern standards of insulation and heating whilst retaining the charm of the original building. The house has been furnished tastefully and comfortably. We are often able to offer special discounts .Please contact us for details.Ther is an accoustic guitar and games such as chess, monopoly etc for your use

On the second floor you will find the master bedroom and the lounge. Both have access to the balcony with wonderful views over the Marche countryside. It is a particular pleasure to sit on the balcony in the evening with a glass of local Verdichio watching the lights appear on the surrounding hilltops.
On the first floor are bedroom two and the kitchen/dining room which has direct access into the village square while the ground floor has a studio with two double divans. Children love this room.

The house is located in the Centro Storico which is an area of architectural importance . The equivalent of listed bildings in U K . Directly opposite is a park which used to be the private grounds of the Villa Copetti .It is now a public park with a childrens play area delightful walks statues and picnic tables.

“Delightful and full of rustic charm”
We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable lovely house. The village is quiet, other than the bell tower ! Local towns and villages are easily accessible and all of them have lots of restaurants where good food is served. We particularly enjoyed Jesi. My wife enjoyed sitting on the balcony painting and drawing the view.

“Very authentic house in historic town centre square with commanding views from rear balcony.”
A well appointed three bedroom authentic house in a beautiful village in an historic area of Italy with many interesting places to visit nearby. The local people were very hospitable and the weather was warm and sunny. Our visit to the Opera in nearby Jesi was a real highlight.

“charming town, v spacious accommodation and lovelyviews from balcony”
The whole family just loved this area and town - so near to special places to visit and Ancona airport. The very spacious rooms accommodated us all well, particularly the enormous family room with ensuite downstairs, making it possible for privacy at all levels. Although the road up to the town is steep and bendy it is well worth it for the views from the balcony on the rear of the house.
