Casetta Clementina is an ancient stone farmhouse, recently renovated, equipped with every comfort, with large garden. And 'situated in peaceful countryside just five minutes drive from the sea. (Blue Flag). It can accommodate up to eight people. On the ground floor living room with sofa bed for two, double bedroom, which can also become two single beds, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and utility room. On the first floor double bedroom, twin bedroom with balcony and bathroom with shower. Outdoor dining under a porch. Garden of about one thousand square meters, with deck chairs, barbecue, shower and parking for more cars. The house is equipped with air conditioning, digital and satellite TV, internet connection, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and linen. Pets Allowed. Nearby there are various shops. A comfortable and independent solution for a family looking for a quiet holiday. The house is also the ideal starting point for day trips: the Temples of Paestum (30 km), Velia (38 km), the ruins of Pompeii (92 km), the Certosa di Padula (111 km) Palinuro (60 km.).

It is advisable to come by car. However, about 150 meters from the house there is the city bus stop to the sea and center. The ticket is bought on the bus. For stays of a week is recommended to make the subscription that allows you to turn around the joint.

“A great Stay”

The house is located at the side of the hill above Agropoli towards the little but very nice village of Torchiara. The location is absolutely beautiful with a great view on the valley especially at the sunset. The owners Saverio and Loredana are very friendly and available to any requests. They will give you the best advise how to organize your holidays as, of course they know the area very well. The house is big and with a very comfortable space outside for your nice eatings. We used the big and well equipped kitchen quite often during our 2 weeks. The house has been sanitized with a proof certification that, especially during the Covid period, is very reassuring. The air conditioning in the sleeping rooms is very helpful and we found all the rooms very clean. The best nearest beach of Trentova is about 10min by car. From Agropoli you can visit both the southern part of the Cilento, which is really worth for its seaside bays and villlages like Acciaroli and Marina di Camerota coast, and the north side towards Naples, Ercolano and Pompei. From Agropoli you can take advantage of the daily boat departures to Positano/Amalfi and to Capri. It was a great stay!
