Villa singola appena ristrutturata secondo i migliori confort con riscaldamento a pavimento e miglior classe di risparmio energetico attualmente sul mercato (classe A+), sita in Via Matteotti, 28 in centro abitato di Cavalese ubicata in zona tranquilla, con ottima esposizione e vista sul monte Cermis e la catena montuosa del Lagorai a pochi passi dal centro di Cavalese (centro turistico principale della Valle di Fiemme dotato di ospedale, cinema, teatro, piscina, stadio del ghiaccio anche estivo, impianti di risalita estivi ed invernali, discoteche, ricco di proposte di divertimento o appuntamenti di carattere culturale e mondano, limitrofo a piste ciclabili, passeggiate, parchi giochi, possibilità di effettuare equitazione, golf, tennis, rafting, pesca, pattinaggio, scalate, escursioni, mountain bike, nordic walking, e a pochi chilometri dalla Valle di Fassa), in cui si danno in affitto due appartamenti con giardino di cui uno accessibile anche agli amici a quattro zampe pertinenziale all'appartamento al piano terra costituiti ciascuno da: due camere matrimoniali con letti separabili di cui una ampia con possibilità di quattro posti letto, bagno, cucinino, sala da pranzo-soggiorno con divano letto (totale 6 posti letto);
La struttura è dotata di parcheggio, grande giardino privato, barbecue, sedie, tavolo e poltrone da esterno e dista soli 50 metri dalla fermata dello ski bus per accedere a tutti i paesi e stazioni di risalita della valle; è dotata per ogni appartamento di tv a LED da 32” con decoder per il digitale terrestre e predisposizione satellitare, asciugacapelli, ferro e asse da stiro, forno tradizionale e a microonde, frigorifero, freezer, piano cucina a induzione, posate e stoviglie.
Il prezzo è comprensivo di spese per luce, acqua calda e riscaldamento, rimane a carico degli ospiti lenzuola e set da bagno (per quest'ultimo aspetto, in caso di necessità, contattare il proprietario).
