Description
This beautiful, new apartment with a lovely sea view from its balcony, is located in the hearth of Cavtat, just 60m from the beach and all the main attractions Cavtat has to offer.
The property is well located to ensure silent nights despite of being so close to the centre.
Apartment consist of a large bedroom with a double bed ( very large bed size 200x200 ) , a spacious and light living room, a fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and all the dishes/cutlery you might need for your self-catering stay ) , a bathroom with a bathtub / shower and a sea view balcony with table and chairs for four persons.
There is also sofa bed in the living room which can be used for 1 adult sleeping or 2 children.
All the towels, bed sheets etc are provided.
Washing machine on request!
Covered by free wireless internet, LCD-TV, air-conditioned, this place can suite all visitors in seek for well deserved vacation and tranquility.
High standard apartment offers comfort and great location with a beautiful view to the Cavtat Bay.
Museums, restaurants, grocery shops and all you might need is only few meters away.
One parking lot for your car is available for free just in front of our property.

There is a regular local bus connection to the old town of Dubrovnik all year round and boats operating frequently during the summer season.(bus no.10, bus station Cavtat ).

“A fantastic apartment with travel magazine views!”
Communication was excellent from the booking inquiry right through to the end of our holiday. The friendly owners who live below the apartment left a lovely bottle of wine both weeks, cleaned the apartment after our first week and where available if anything was needed.The apartment was so well set up no help was required. It was spotless, spacious, attractive and had everything you need and more. The very large bed was very comfortable with good quality linen. Reliable WiFi. I always book an apartment with a sea view and have had many wonderful ones but my husband and I agreed that this was the best! You have clear views of the two beautiful bays in Cavtat, the very green spaces with tall trees, the mountains, the yachts small and big and a view to Dubrovnik especially at night. The sunsets were spectacular! Hard to pull yourself away from the balcony area which is bigger than it looks in the photographs. Apartment is ideally located,a very short walk down to a small town which has everything you need. Nice easy walks round two peninsulas where you have beach areas and plenty of nice views. Cavtat is a place where you can totally relax . A laid back, friendly place but with enough restaurants and cafe bars to give the place that nice touristy buzz. Easy to get to Dubrovnik from here. I would highly recommend this apartment. A fantastic holiday!

“Lovely apartment with very helpful owner nearby”
Cavtat is a very nice resort with lots of places to eat and drink. The only downside is the resort is on the flight path into Dubrovnic. Its not all day long but be prepared for some noise.

“Fantastic apartment in wonderful location.”
An amazing apartment with beautiful views in an excellent location, so close for shops, sea, restaurants, in the centre of the old town. From the initial booking everything was dealt with efficiently and the information provided was incredibly helpful, even when I changed dates, thank you. We were met at the airport by the owner who told us all we needed to know, was on hand throughout our stay if necessary and the apartment was so well stocked with all the essentials you could ask for, it really does make a difference. The views from the apartment over the 2 bays of Cavtat are stunning, there are many good restaurants selling lovely seafood, lovely for watching the boards and yachts from, the sea is crystal clear with many places to swim from. I would most definitely recommend Cavtat and certainly this apartment, I know we will definitely be going back, it was pretty much perfect, thank you.
