Holiday family apartment in a quiet location, with a balcony and panoramic sea view to the Old town of Cavtat !
This apartment with 2 BEDROOMS are perfect for up to 6 persons. Please note that kids up to 7 years old are free of charge ! :-))

The apartment is located less than 5 minutes walking to the Old town Cavtat.
Cavtat is a beautiful historical city full of attractions for tourists and ideal for a beach holiday. The blue sea, the beautiful color, it's very clean and deep and the water is pristine.
The apartment is very spacious and it is situated on a top floor of a building block.
Entering in the apartment there are dining room , living room ( there is a large sofa bed for 2 adults - sleeping ), partially separated and fully equipped kitchen ( with stove, oven, microwave, kettle ), a bathroom with a shower and 2 bedrooms with double beds. Further in the lounge there is a staircase going up to the attic where is a third bedroom with a large double bed ( can be perfect for children ) with a low ceiling and a small bathroom without shower.
FAMILY HOLIDAY APARTMENT consists of:
- 2 bedrooms- all with double beds
- 2 bathrooms – one is a large with shower and the other one is just toilet
- Dining room with table and chairs
- Fully equipped kitchen (kitchen utensils, cutlery, microwave oven, refrigerator, stove, oven, kettle )
- Washing machine for clothes on request
- LCD TV
- Air condition placed in the living area
- Internet access free of charge (wi fi ADSL - fast internet) you can use it everywhere
- Baby cot (on request if you need it)
Outside, there is a sunny balcony with beautiful sea view where you can sit and enjoy the view. Ideal for breakfast and to start a perfect day.
The parking lot is just in front of the property.
The surrounding nature is very pleasant and relaxing, typical of Croatia, and you can try their hand at various water sports.
The location is quiet, just 80meters from the sea and close to many bars, restaurants and shops.

“Apartment Cavtat Croatia.”
A very nice and clean apartment with a great view over Cavtat.If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in Cavtat you should really try this apartment which is only a short walk from the many restaurants on offer.Marina the lady we booked the apartment with was excellent and always returned your messages very quickly.Marina arranged an airport pick up and drop off from Dubrovnik for us which is only 10 minutes drive away from the apartment if you don’t wish to hire a car.we had a great holiday there and I think you would too.

“Great family holiday!”
Family of 3 stayed here for 2 weeks and we were very comfortable. Cavtat is a wonderful harbour town and the flat is just mins walk away from beaches, shady coves, restaurants and bars. We swam in the sea every day, went sea kayaking, parascending and a couple of trips to Dubrovnik on the water taxis. Everything was extremely well arranged with the apartment and Marina was v helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be coming back
