You dream of waking up, going for a swim in front of the house and taking breakfast on a private terrace with a breathtaking sea view…or admiring one of the most beautiful sunsets right from your bedroom...? - Then this is the perfect place for you!

The Space

This spacy room with bathroom and a private entrance is situated 5 meters from the beach, on the ground floor of our family guesthouse. You will surely appreciate the flowery terrace shaded by our grape arbor, whose fruits are also at your disposal (if you visit us during the right season, of course).

Guest Access

Bathroom is equipped with shower & bedroom with one queen size bed and one extra sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are provided & private parking ensured.

The room is equipped with air-conditioning & two double aluminum doors (interior with glass window and exterior with shutters). Fridge, electric tea/coffee kettle, glasses, cups & plates are also available in order for you to fully enjoy breakfast and snacks on your private terrace by the sea.

Surroundings:

5km from the Dubrovnik Airport, our house is located on the biggest beach in the heart of one of the most animated parts of the town, overlooking nearby islands and Old Town of Dubrovnik.

Different restaurants and snacks in our street will surely seduce you with their menus and beautiful terraces. The house is placed between two bars both offering a great choice of events which will allow you to get familiar with the Croatian music and well known Mediterranean easygoing way of live. (In July and August the bars are opened till 2am or exceptionally till 3am if concert day)

If you prefer small streets of historical center of Cavtat, 10 minutes shaded waterfront promenade will take you to the Old Town and its stone beaches, shops, calm bars and restaurants under the old harbor palm trees.

Getting Around

Direct regular boat line for Dubrovnik and islands in front of the house, two 3 and 4 star hotels with pools, animations, exchange office and other facilities not even 3 minutes walking distance. Tennis, beach volleyball & football courts behind the house, scuba diving center, water sports center as well as sunbeds, sunshade, bike, sea kayak & pedal rental available on the beach.

Cavtat is very safe place offering all the necessary ingredients for a great vacation... It would be a great pleasure for us to contribute to this recipe & make your stay in Cavtat memorable.
