Description
This newly restored apartment situated in a lovely stone property is approached via steps going up a pedestrian street located in the old town. Guests enter from the pedestrian street via main gate into a private courtyard.
Apartment is air conditioned and equipped with all mod cons. Free WiFi internet is available in the entire property. There is a summer kitchen with BBQ, washing machine and iron/ironing board (on disposal to all guests).

In view of the pedestrian street and stairs that make up Cavtat old town, the property would not suit those experiencing walking difficulties.

Entering apartment there is a small hallway which leads into a lounge/diner area and a kitchen or a kitchenette. There is also a double/twin bedroom and a separate bathroom/shower room. Washing machine, iron/ironing board and BBQ can be found in a small summer kitchen in the courtyard. WiFi is available and free of charge.

“Simply Perfect”
We were greeted warmly by Eta and made to feel so at home. We even got into our apartment earlier than advertised and this was much appreciated after a very early start. Spacious, well appointed and immaculate apartment with lots of little extras. Milk, fruit juice and water in the fridge. A bottle of homemade sherry, which my husband enjoyed over several evenings and some delicious apple cake. It was my husband's birthday when we were there and Eta and Luco surprised him with a card and a bottle of wine (I can only think they noticed the date when we handed in our passports). But it was all those little touches that added to a wonderful stay as well as the comfort of the apartment. The kitchen is small, but well equipped. Plenty of hot water for the shower and our towels were changed after 3 days. There is a washing machine etc in a separate building and a well stocked supermarket a short distance away sells small boxes of soap powder which was ideal for our few uses during the week. We were in the ground floor apartment and it was perfect to sit in the little courtyard early morning when the sun came up and equally perfect in the shade mid-afternoon. Apartments Eta are ideally situated, but the climb of 37 stairs to reach them might not suit everyone. Would highly recommend these apartments and we hope to return again in the future.
