Guests can reserved apartment for 2 persons , with a charming garden terrace or a balcony with stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. Apartment are fully equipped and tastefully decorated.
Villa Markoc is very close to Cavtat's historical city centre – just after 700 metres downhill you can visit many fish restaurants, steak houses and pizzerias. Beaches, shops, café bars, post and bank offices, together with beautiful walking paths along the sea, everything is close by.
Cavtat is also well-connected with Dubrovnik and numerous other interesting and exiting destinations in this region, as regular boat and bus services are operated.
The dedicated staff will do their best to make your stay at Villa Markoc a very pleasant and satisfying experience.

“Excellent holiday”
My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing holiday in Cavtat. The apartment was very spacious, beautifully clean with towels replaced on alternate days. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and the pool was very refreshing in the blazing heat. Anita was very helpful providing us with a taxi to meet us at the airport when we arrived. Cavtat itself was a lovely place to visit with just the right amount of life without being too busy or commercial. There was plenty of choice in terms of restaurants and the ice cream is definitely worth a taste! There were plenty of large yachts to watch and smaller boats for island hopping or travelling to Dubrovnik. Although there was a steep hill into Cavtat, there was a regular bus to take you back up if you want and at only 10 kuna it certainly didn't break the bank!

“Perfect Stay”
Myself and partner stayed at Villa Markoc for 15 days. The apartments and pool was lovely, felt very much like home from home. Anita is a wonderful owner and very friendly we had a chat most days. The apartment and pool are very well cared for, and could not fault anything. It was also nice having a family of tortoises roaming around. The views are amazing over looking sea and moutains and could not of wished for anything more. You do have a steep hill to go down to the town which is fine, but going up can be hard work in the heat. For less mobile people who may not want the walk back up catch the bus only 5 minutes. All in all a fantastic holiday and felt welcomed but also had your own space. We have booked again for next year already. Croatia a stunning place and felt in love with it and the people. Roll on next year!!

“Brilliant”
Villa Markoc is a great place to stay, this was my first visit to Croatia and this was a great place to stay. My apartment had a kitchen, large bathroom and a bedroom with tv, double bed two easy chairs and a coffee table with plenty of storage space. Anita and her family and staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the views across the bay were lovely. Swimming pool is small but ample for what is required and there is also a mini gym for the keep fit brigade. Yes it is at the top of a steepish hill but dont let that put you off. I am 71 years old and I was walking up and down the hill twice a day every day for the week I was there with no real problems. It is steep but just take a comfortable pace and you will be fine. There is a supermarket about 3 to 4 hundred meters from the apartments which provides most of what you will require for your stay. Cavtat is a lovely small town with friendly people and there are lots of bars and restaurants along the front with most of them at reasonable prices, all in all a great place to stay and I certainly recommend staying at Villa Markoc
