Description

Villa Eli II is situated next door to villa Eli in a quiet area on the edge of the charming seaside town of Cavtat. This lovely two bedroom stone new built villa offers guests a great hideaway for prefect holiday. The best beaches are within walking distance from the property.

The villa is set over two floors on 150 square metres and approached via steps from the below parking area. The ground floor consists of a spacious private terrace with BBQ area and furniture for outdoor dining and chilling out, a fully equipped kitchen and diner area, a partially separated living room and a shower room. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with a separate shower room. Also, one of the rooms has covered sea view balcony. The whole house is air conditioned and equipped with a sat TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a stove/oven.

This villa would suit a family or friends looking to stay near the beaches and in vicinity of Dubrovnik - the most beautiful town of Adriatic. The villa offers a possibility of connection with next door villa Eli for a group up to 12 people by large central patio area. Villa has an advantage of being located above the Epidaurus Hotel and guests are usually able to use hotel facilities for a small fee.

Eli, the owner, was very welcoming and even took us to the supermarket on our arrival as we had no car. You don't really need a car as everything is within walking distance and you can get back from town in a taxi if necessary. Cavtat is a lovely place with great swimming and plenty of reasonably priced restaurants.
