This unique property makes you feel it's your own home.

The villa was originally built in early 60' and for many years it was home to one of our most famous journalist. It's has been recently renovated to a holiday property. The entrance to the house is via a lovely garden next to a spacious terrace. On the ground floor you can find a fully equipped kitchen and diner area, a modern shower room and a living area with a sofa bed that can be used as extra sleeping place for one adult or two children. Door from the living room leads you onto a large terrace, hidden behind the cypress and pine trees overlooking the sea. There is a BBQ, picnic table and sun loungers on the terrace perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Wooden stairs lead up to the upper floor where you can find a triple bedroom (with one double and one single bed) with a sea view balcony, a twin bedroom and a shower room. There is a private parking spot for one car in front of the main gate.

The villa is fully air conditioned and equipped with all mod cons such as WiFi, sat TV and dishwasher.

The villa has a private pool size 6m × 3,5m (depth 1,45m - max 1,65m).

This property sits on about 1.000 sq m surrounded by lush vegetation and gardens where you can find Mediterranean spices and seasonal vegetable ready for picking up. With small paths all over the property this cozy villa is ideal for outdoor living style and relaxing holiday. Within an easy and short walk from town center, restaurants, bars and shops the villa would be suitable for a family or two couples wishing to stay in a quiet area few steps from downtown and beaches.
