Villa ANDRO is a picturesque stone building in a perfect location in the center of the Old Town of Cavtat, next to the sea - just 20m from the water's edge. It offers great views of the bay of Cavtat and the Old Town of Dubrovnik, all the conveniences of the town with caffés and restaurants at your doorstep, and the closest beach just 30m away.
Villa ANDRO is located in a pedestrian zone with a peaceful atmosphere and is set within a beautiful private Mediterranean garden for the exclusive use of the guests, with dining tables in the shade of old trees- a perfect place to relax day or night.
Villa ANDRO offers two self catering apartments to chose from, each taking the whole floor, and suitable to 7 people. Both apartments ( 13 people) have a wonderful view of the bay of Cavtat and the Old Town of Dubrovnik.
This is a perfect location for organizing special events,parties, weddings.

“They overbooked”

Response from the owner Hi, We're very sorry that this happened. It was just one night, on the 13 August to move to another house, in a comfortable large apartment for the last night. We even agreed with the owner of the house, who owned a large van to take you for free to the airport. Why the other guests, who came on the 13 August didn't moved to another house for that one night? Of the 12 people (who stayed 17 nights), was an elderly person who wasn't enough mobile and two babies and they couldn't move anywhere else,because our location was so close to the beach with few steps from the pathway to the apartments. We regret that you did not accept nor understand this situation. All guests pay a deposit to secure booking, but you are persistently avoided and at the end you have offered us quite a small deposit? We did not want to accept that small deposit, but we have generously responded that we will keep your reservation in good faith and that we need you to move last night of several well-known reasons.
