Our home features 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, common area kitchen, outdoor space and roof deck with 350 degree, beach, island, and ocean views! Casa Vista is the first on North Caye Caulker to have a pool along with their beach front property. Enjoy the breeze of the ocean or step inside our air conditioned rooms for a mid-day siesta.

Make your stay "All Inclusive" with unlimited local beer, local rum, fresh juices, and meals daily. Inquire for current pricing based on your meal choices. Generally in the range of $75-$100 US per person per day.

Background on Casa Vista

Caye Caulker was split into 2 by a hurricane. Until last year, the north part of Caye Caulker (where we are located) was off the grid. It is now in the developmental stage and in the years to come will have many of the amenities as the town of Caye Caulker currently possesses. The Northside now has restaurants and shops.

Activities Onsite

We offer Stand up paddle boards for you to use in and near the property. Due to past guests damaging this costly equipment, we ask that you seek guidance from our caretakers on how to use them so that you and the equipment remain safe.

Our pool is 43’x 8’ pool with an infinity edge. We extended the infinity edge after the hurricane to cater to small children. The main part of the pool is 4’ deep and the expanded front is 10" deep.

Electricity & Water

We have water and electricity backups in case of any public utility failures. We strive to use rainwater for the majority of daily uses. When the rain water is exhausted, we use city water.. We have a water cooler located in the kitchen for your cooking and consumption needs and we supply all the potable water.

Hot water

We offer hot water throughout the house.

Reef facing beach front houses on caye caulker are exposed to a hyper saline environement that deteriorates virtually everything about 10 times faster than a normal beachfront property. The fairly consistant breeze keeps the bugs away, but it also makes for constant maintenance, so please have understanding if anything isnt working as it should.

Everything is within walking distance on the island. Cheap golf cart taxis are easily available in both the north and the south for those in need. You can rent golf carts as well, but the taxis tend to be much more affordable if you are not in a rush.
