house, 5 minutes walk from the sea and shops quiet street parking in front of house house composed of a large living room with TV and TNT kitchen traditional microwave dishwasher refrigerator coffee machine dishes more than enough to 5 people wifi access toilet and bathroom on the ground floor with shower and washing machine in the back of the house a little sunny yard with deck table and barbecue also available 3 adult bikes and one child bike 8A 12 deposit required visited end of stay cleaning if respected the house is non smoking pets are not allowed possibility of Friday 17h30 at Sunday 17h price of the weekend (no weekends during the school holiday periods)

“sehr schönes Haus,sehr netter Vermieter”
Cayeux sur mer ist ein kleines Städtchen in der Picardie. Das Haus liegt etwa 10 min.zu Fuss vom Strand entfernt. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr gut,Mr.Tony ,ein freundlicher Vermieter.

“Lovely house close to the centre of Cayeux sur mer”
Very nice house situated within walking distance to the beach and the amenities of Cayeux-sur-mer. Convenient parking on the doorstep. Ideal as a base for exploring the baiedesomme region. The owner was always helpful and responded to my all of emails and queries. Some useful points to know: You need to bring your own bed linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are provided. The owner wanted to know specific arrival and departure times so he could arrange key drop off and collection, as the key holder does not live locally. As the it states on the website, French is the only language spoken by the key holder and all information notices at the house are in French. You are expected to clean the house at the end of your stay in readiness for the next guests otherwise pay a fee.
