Description

Apartment is a first floor 1 bedroom apartment providing stylish and comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people, with one double bedroom, living and dining area (with 1 double sofa bed), kitchen, bathroom and separate WC. There is a balcony off the living room, with wonderful views south to Mont Blanc from the living room, bedroom, and balcony. At ground level, there is a private ski locker, shared bike storage, and car parking space.

The flat is situated just to the south-west of Chamonix town centre. It is only a few minutes' walk to the town square and close to some excellent restaurants, shops and bars. It is directly across the road from the main bus pick-up point for access to the slopes, and there is a good ski hire shop downstairs.

Charming south facing flat for up to 4 persons.

Flat screen TV provided which you can connect via HDMI cable (provided) to your laptop. Unlimited fast broadband is available.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and electric hub.

The flat is as follow:

- Livingroom with TV, unlimited internet, sofabed, view on the Mont Blanc.

- Dining area with 4 chairs

- the bedroom, which opens onto the Livingroom has a double bed and plenty storage.

- The kitchenette is equipped with electric hub, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle etc.

- the bathroom has bath with a shower.

Plenty additional storage are available in the corridor for shoes, jacket and luggage.

A dedicated ski locker is located in the basement for easy outdoor access. (across from the bus stop)

Electric shutters will provide cosy evenings.

the flat is located across the bus station and only a few minutes away by foot from the train station. if you have a car, access to the underground parking is including.

“Great location”

We stayed here with 2 adults and 2 teenagers and whilst appartment is compact it was just what we expected and had plenty of room to chill out after a days skiing. Great location, opposite the bus station and plenty of good restaurants. Five minute easy walk into Chamonix centre. Would book this again.

“Everything we needed in a great location”

My boyfriend and I stayed in Julian's apartment for 4 nights skiing in February. The apartment was exactly what we needed; nice comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, great hot and strong shower and directly opposite the bus stop at Chamonix Sud so we didn't have to walk far in our ski boots. Also only a 5 minute stroll to the centre of Chamonix with nice bars, shops and restaurants. Alex met us the following morning after a very late flight in, and was very helpful recommending places to go and the buses we needed to get. We loved our stay in Chamonix and would 100% recommended staying in this apartment if you're after great value for money!
