Fantastic city center apartment close to everything but quiet at night. 25 meters from the skiing beginners slopes and ski hire shop

Ideal for 2 but can sleep up to 4 people remember we are in Chamonix town and its a studio apartment so its not big, but location is fabulous.

Help given for all your needs i.e.Bus transfers, Lift cards, ski hire, bike hire, babysitting, and places of interest around Chamonix and anything else you may require to have a great holiday in Chamonix. Our staff speak several languages.

Chamonix is fantastic for hiking, biking, mountain climbing, paragliding, golf and basically any outdoor activity.

What I offer is an apartment that is two minutes from the town center so if you fancy a night out or a need a pint of milk late at night you have a two minute walk to a supermarket which is open!!!. There´s a money back guarantee if you are not happy with our location. The apartment is not huge (studio) but very compact what we don't have in size we have in top of the range utilities and electrical things and are constantly upgrading everything and most of ALL LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.There is a NEW TILED FLOORS, a New double sofa bed in the main room( plus we have a new top mattress if you want it even softer in the storage compartment under the bed) 1 and 2 single beds in the hall separated by a door for privacy and with this its ideal for 2 but you can have up to 4 people it’s extremely good value especially in Chamonix Mont Blanc, remember you are there to ski, do things etc etc not laze about the apartment all day). The apartment has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, brand new oven, new Induction Hob and microwave there is a BRAND NEW bathroom, new duvets and pillows, there´s a new smarflat screen digital TV with Chrome caste set up for you to caste any apps you have and USB stick so download any films etc and watch them direct via the TV USB socket also HDMI DVD and a selection of DVD films and a PS 3 games consuls also a hard drive loaded up with films to just plug in and play, I phone docking port, back gammon and chess. The balcony has been newly tiled offering the chance of outdoor eating in the summer months (We have an electric and grill) with spectacular views also a brand new tiled floor.

There is a fire extinguisher under the sink and a smoke detector fitted for added safety.

If you decide to rent our place we need to have a deposit and confirmation as soon as possible. There are bus transfer services from the airport (LET US BOOK YOUR TRANSFERS FOR YOU AS ALL PART OF THE SERVICE) you just pay the ticket price and we do all the bookings for you as part of your holiday experience with our apartment!! We are here to HELP the entire time.

We have a damage deposit that is taken when booking and is returned when you check out as long as there is no damage and the keys are returned(key holder is liable to pay for any cost incurred due to damages or breakages at your stay and the safe return of the keys). This is standard procedure in Chamonix and insures the apartment is in the same condition when you leave for the next client as you arrived. We normally like our clients checked in around 16-00 on arrival day and checked out around 10 am on departure day BUT we can be flexible if the the flights are favorable with the next clients or the apartment is available on check out day just ask, if you do have to check out there is a locked room where you leave your bags till later.

For short stays towels, duvet covers, pillow cases and linen, we ask people to take their own as its too expensive for us to keep washing and drying and paying someone 2 hours in the laundromat to do it for short term stays. 7 days and over all linen and towels provided for free.

For short stays if you do not want to take your own towels and linen my Rep can put a package together for you on your arrival for a small fee please let us know in advance.

“Perfect apartment in the center”

The apartment has everything you need, it’s compact, comfortable & clean. Perfect for our stay in occasion of UTMB (two persons),it is right in the center of Cham, only two minutes walking to the center. The sofa bed is very comfy.The wiews from the balcony are fantastic! It’s a very quiet place. The owner is helpful & the arrival arrangements worked very well. We recommend it to everyone!

this was my first time skiing and i couldn't have stayed at a better place. The apartments were fab and had everything i could possibly need. They were near to restaurants, bars and shops. The owner steve organised everything for us so we didnt have to worry about anything, he took real good care of us to make sure our stay was perfect. i absolutely loved my stay at these apartments and loved the resort, i will definitely be going back !

“Perfect base for getting to mountains”

I stayed at Clos du Savoy last summer, during a week spent climbing in the mountains around Chamonix. My experience of booking and arriving was very positive - the owner, Stephen, was very responsive and helpful in advance of arrival, even booking a transfer to and from Geneva airport for me. Arrival arrangements worked very well (i was met by one of the housekeepers, although I understand there are new arrangements in place this year which allow direct access to the apartment using a code). The apartments is basic but comfortable, with a small but well-equipped kitchen, fold-down bunk beds and a decent-sized living area. The bathroom is perfectly adequate for one or two people - it has a shower but no bath, which is fairly standard for European rental apartments in my experience. The big balcony with views up to the Aiguilles was very pleasant for sitting out in the sun. The location is absolutely perfect - a very short walk to the town centre and about a ten to fifteen minute walk from both the Brevent lift and the Aiguille du Midi cable car, but in a very quiet location. Having somewhere quiet to get a good night's sleep was very important to me, as I was having some very early morning starts, and this apartment was perfect in that respect. There are a couple of nice places to eat just across the road from the complex - a decent pizza place, nice Japanese restaurant and a very pleasant coffee shop - and it's literally just a few minutes walk to the centre of Chamonix with lots more restaurants, bars, etc. The complex in which the apartment is located is well-maintained and has a nice feel to it - seemed like a mix of tourists and local residents, and everyone I came across was friendly. I thought the apartment was extremely good value for money, and nothing was too much trouble for Stephen, the owner, who was also keen to check afterwards if everything had been OK and to get feedback on what could be improved. I've booked again for a shorter trip this July, and he was kind enough to let me book for less than a week, which was unexpected given that this is in peak summer season. In short, a perfect base for a Chamonix holiday, with a very helpful and friendly owner, and extremely good value for money. I'm looking forward to going back in July.

“Perfect spot in the city center”

I have stayed here three times over the last couple of years for snowboarding holidays, you would be hard pressed to find a more convenient place to spend a few days. The apartment is right in the center of town, with only a couple of minutes walk to the main high street and bus stops. The place is fully stocked with everything you would need, beds, blankets, kitchen equipment, bathroom, etc. There's also a small terrace outside, good for placing skiing equipment in winter. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking to spend a holiday in Chamonix.

“Absolutely fantastic value for money”

I stayed in the apartment with my daughter in October and it was great. We were there to hike in the beautiful mountains of Chamonix and lots of tracks ran right behind the building. The owner was very helpful and fast to respond to our questions and he even booked our transfer. The apartment had everything we needed even a game console for entertainment. The location is superb just in the middle of town and still quiet at night. We are going back in March for skiing.

Response from the owner I feel I must comment about this clients review as I feel I have been unfairly judged, I totally understand you can't keep everybody happy all of the time but she seems to have really taken a disliking to my staff and I. Firstly because she not a resident of the Uk she moaned about me not having a euro bank account ???? Hello I live in the UK and we have the pound, so I send her an Iban number to do an international transfer of course she pays the exact amount and didnt factor a bank commission in so I am 20 pounds out of pocket. I like most people in Chamonix like Saturday to Saturday rental but I was so kind I allowed her Sunday to Sunday even though her rental goes now over 2 different rental weeks, it was the Free Ride competition weekend also and I could have rented out that week 20 times. I booked her transport to and from the airport to my place I placed the bookings sorted it all out and all she had to pay was the ticket price and I paid the tickets out of my own pocket and then had to wait to be reimbursed TBH the warning signals were going off in my head and i should have listened to them, I have never had these problems getting paid before. They arrive in Chamonix and my Rep says they are nice people and happy with the place, they arrange for a towel/linen rental package at 15 euros each and know they have to pay 30 euros at the end of their stay for the final cleaning. On the day of leaving they have 2 different flights so I allow the 1 to stay in the place even though on departure day you are supposed to vacate the apartment by 10 am, the arrangement was to leave 2x 15 euros for the linen rental package and 30 euros final cleaning 60 euros in all. What happens is client just left and didnt leave the money owed. I contacted them and she said she wasnt happy because the bed sheet and duvet covers and towels didnt match ???????? Hello this is a skiing apartment not the Hilton Hotel and the apartment was dirty WHY DIDNT YOU SAY THIS TO THE REP???? I believe they were just trying it on and Chamonix was too expensive for our East European clients and they got shocked at the French prices then just made up some cock and bull story. I pride myself on my service and i give a 100% I have never made out my apartment is huge but I have spent huge amounts making it top notch in what is there. Thats why I get a repeat custommer rate of 60%. Thanks people just read my reviews.
