This luxurious 2 rooms hotel apartment is located in the popular town of Chamonix Mont Blanc in the Haute Savoie Region, at the foot of the highest mountain in Europe: The Mont Blanc.

The apartment is in one of the most prestigious hotel of Chamonix. This apartment is very special because it is one of the few apartments in Chamonix ski-in and ski-out! As you can see in the pictures, you have the direct access to Savoy and from there you can reach by the cabin lift the Brevant and Flegere ski resort! (The 2 ski resorts in altitude in Chamonix).

The hotel offers you a lot of services such as a Bar, a lovely hall with living area with fireplace, a heated indoor swimming-pool with mountain panorama through large windows, Steam room (Hammam), Solarium, Fitness room, Play-room (Ping-Pong, snooker, video games, baby foot), Internet spot, Laundry (including clothes dryer), underground parking and ski locker. In the swimming pool it is also possible to have Swimming lessons (extra) and in the massage area you can relax and enjoy your stay with different type of massages for health and harmony of your body and mind (extra).

From the entire apartment, you will appreciate the unforgettable panoramic view to the ski slopes, the mountains and the Mont Blanc!

In the apartment you will find a mountain style double bedroom with a large closet, a living room with a pullout sofa-bed (for 2 people) and a satellite 3D HD TV , a Fully-equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with hair-dryer and a separate toilet.
(optional an extra bed for a 5th person)

The Sunny, south facing private garden is perfect for al fresco aperitif and sunbathing with an unforgettable panoramic view of the Alps and Mont Blanc. You will never forget this landscape of your holidays. From your private garden, during the winter, you can ski-in and ski-out: “ski from your door!” (Very rare in Chamonix).

The residence is located right in front of the Ski School gathering spot and in front of the Savoy ski-lift which leads to Brévent and Flégère ski resorts, 2525m high. All the advantages of a "ski from your door stay". You can reach both easy ski slopes (perfect also for a fist experience on ski) and more difficult ski slopes (green, blue, red and blacks slopes!).

During the summer, In front of the residence lays a great grassy field : walks, landing of paragliders, departure for all walks (by feet or cycling), sport center 100m away (indoor and outdoor swimming-pools, ice rink, tennis...), summer sledge.

The apartment is located close to the center of Chamonix, near to the boutiques, shops and restaurants, and offers a spectacular panoramic view to Mont Blanc and all the mountain chain!

Chamonix itself is packed with great restaurants, bars and mountain pubs as well as plenty of shops and several ski resorts for all levels.
