Apartment 83 sq. m.

This apartment is situated in the centre of Chania, just 400 meters from the old port by foot. It is next to the previous apartment on the ground floor with access through a wide common hallway from the street. It has two entrances; one of which gives direct access to a large, secluded yard. There are parking spots on the street and all the facilities are very close. It has a very large, air-conditioned living room which provides access to all of the other rooms. There are two large double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small kitchen, a large second bathroom and a storage room. There is an autonomous central heating system that burns heating oil, an electric water heater for hot water and plumbing for a washing machine in the bathroom. This house is very cool in the summer. Τhere is also a desk position, as it is also offeredThere is also ΅WF 200 mgb.The yard is about 90 sq. m., of which ¾ is paved with slabs while the rest is a small garden with space to plant flowers or vegetables and a lemon tree.

There is a large pergola, which makes the yard an ideal place for relaxation.

If you are looking to stay for a long period of time at a central hotel in Chania, then this is undoubtedly the better choice at a very reasonable price.
