Villa with 4000m^2 of land, most of them garden, exotic style, big swimming pool and tennis court, near Aroeira golf (2km) is located in a natural place, 20km from the center of Lisbon and just 2,5 km from the beach.
The villa is fully enclosed with a very relaxed peaceful area.
With a great garden, big swimming pool, tennis court, ping-pong table, playground and parking inside, all private.
Ceiling fans in all rooms and fireplace with heat recover in main house and studio.
Main villa:
With four rooms, three bathrooms and total capacity for 8 persons.
One storey villa, with comfortable living room and dining room for 12 persons, Tv Lcd with satellite channels, high speed internet Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen.
Large windows around the living room allow for natural exterior light to brighten the interior of the residence.
Room Nº1 - Suite with a type Continental double bed; Room Nº2 – Type Continental Double bed; Room Nº3 – Type Continental Double bed ; Room Nº4 – two single beds with the possibility of joining and making a double bed.

The villa has a large garden of 4000 square meters fitted with palm trees, exotic garden a very big swimming pool (14m x 6m) with deepest part with 3 meters, a tennis court and Ping Pong table.
The ample space encourages the children and even the adults to play or, if preferred, to relax using the loungers around the pool.

The villa is located in a pine forest, beside the Aroeira Golf Resort, 4 km from the beach, which is an ideal place to enjoy nature and long walks in unspoiled surroundings, all in close proximity to spectacular beaches, far enough from the confusion but not too far from the city.
300m away from the villa there is a shopping area with a small supermarket, cafeteria and bar. Just behind the villa there are tennis courts.
Around 3 km away, there is a bigger supermarket, a few restaurants and Aroeira golf resort with two 18-hole championship golf courses (Aroeira I and Aroeira II), four tennis courts, a spa and a healthcare centre, a communal tropical swimming pool, a playground, a shopping centre, bars, snack-bars and restaurants.
Verdizela is surrounded by a stretch of 30 km of the best beaches in Portugal, starting from the lively beaches near the centre of the village Costa da Caparica, to the almost deserted beaches of the south area, ideal for water or sand sports.
Less than 5 km away, you have beach bars and small restaurants specialized in grilled fish, some of them with wonderful terraces to enjoy the sunset. There is a wide range of beach bars that after nightfall turn into discos or live music bars.
