Technical equipment includes mood lighting, Business Wi-Fi, SKY+ HD with subscription to Sky World, 40" HD, 3D Internet TV, BluRay player (with selection of over 100 DVD's), underfloor heating, video entry system etc. The Hi-Fi is powered by Sonos in all rooms, sourced from Napster. The iPad can also control the lighting.

Tastefully selected white porcelain crockery and Royal Doulton glassware, and Frette linen complete the feeling of luxury.

Welcome pack includes a cream tea for two, and a range of groceries (milk, butter, eggs and bread).

“24 The Promenade, Cheltenham”

My husband and I stayed at apt 3, 24 The Promenade in Cheltenham for 15 nights. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and clean. Location couldn't be better right in the centre of town yet we found it very quiet. You don't need a car as everything is on your doorstep but we had a rental car so we could explore the Cotswolds. The icing on the cake is your own private parking bay right outside your door. I like a darkened room for sleeping and the blinds and curtains were top notch as was the comfortable, quality bedding. Everything in the apartment is top quality. The owner, John, obviously takes great pride in providing just about everything you could possibly need. We were impressed at the attention to detail. The technology from the Sonos system to the mood lighting was really enjoyable. John was more than thoughtful in any way he thought he could help yet all the while giving us complete privacy. Thanks for everything John.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
