The property is situated perfectly for Chester Zoo, Cheshire Oaks and Chester City Centre.

The property is also ideally situated for North Wales and Snowdonia and the following attractions can all be reached in a 60 minutes drive. Experience climbing, walking, cycling, Zip World, bounce below, surfing and caving all in less than an hours drive.

The property has been modernised and upgraded to provide a luxury home from home experience. I offer twin beds and a king bed as well as travel cot.

No 32 is a family run business and as such our primary concern is to ensure our guests experience a genuinely unique venue which is cleaned and maintained by the owners themselves. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and aim to provide our guests with the personal touch looking after their every need from the initial booking enquiry, to ensuring No 32 is spotlessly clean and greeting guests with a warm welcome.

No 32 has been transformed into the most beautiful and stylish two bedroom getaway perfect for either two couples or a family sleeping a maximum of five, (two adults, 3 children). Chester railway station is 20 mins walk away. 5 mins by cab or car. A bus stop is at the top of the street which services the centre of Chester. You can walk to Waitrose or Aldi within 10 mins. You can walk to Co-Op within 5 minutes You can walk to the very centre of town within 25 minutes

House rules

I look forward to hosting your visit to Chester. Please let me know the reason for your visit and the number of people coming. I will consider taking one small house trained and well behaved dog to the property. The dog is not allowed up stairs, please bring your own dog bedding and ensure the dog paws are cleaned on entry. The dog should not be left alone at home. Please clean up any dog mess as you go. Acceptance at my discretion. I wld be grateful if you remove your shoes on entry.
