Appartamento ampio e luminoso.In zona centrale a un passo dal centro storico,ma allo stesso tempo tranquilla e verde.Due grandi terrazzi,uno attrezzato per i pranzo,ampio giardino con zona pranzo coperta.Posto auto,spazi per deposito biciclette e attrezzature da sci.Ideale per famiglie e gruppi di amici. Chiavenna oltre ad essere una bellissima cittadina ha il vantaggio di essere a 20 minuti d'auto da Madesimo e dal Lago di Como e a 30 minuti da San Moritz
