Description

North End Farm's Old Dairy is a very comfortable spacious 1 bedroomed farm cottage with wifi, Sky, loads of walks, beautiful beach nearby and large downstairs with sofa bed. There is a well equipped kitchen, central heating, a wood burner and a Strauss piano. Famous on the series Broadchurch. There are fantastic pubs and it's on Dorset's Jurassic Coast near to Bridport and Lyme Regis.

North End Farm is a 100 acre farm in the heart of Dorset's Jurassic Coast which allows guests open access to the stewardship farm and its beautiful views of Golden Cap and the Marshwood Vale. There's loads to do locally:- Fishing, walking, go karting, shooting, arts classes, beautiful houses and gardens to name a few.

You could even go paragliding with owner.

Well managed pets are allowed. Please bear in mind there are sheep in nearby fields and the garden does not have great fencing. It is not allowed to leave pets shut in the house or tied up outside without their owners being in the immediate area.

“Welcome break”

Our cottage was clean, tidy and superbly equipped. Part of a lager group of buildings it was right at the heart of Dorset country. Although the lanes were not tarmocced there was easy access to local areas of interest The owner came quickly to resolve a TV issue and he was pleasant and welcoming. Only negative point was the spiral stairs giving access to the bedroom and bathroom. We are in our 80s although we did manage.

“Perfect getaway, well equipped, cosy and walks from the door”

We had a fantastic time snug and warm with loads of walking, pubbing and chilling. Can’t wait to get back in the summer so we can relax on the beautiful beaches.

“North end farm”

We had a lovely time staying in the cottage. We wanted a break where we were away from the hustle and bustle of life we had a mile walk to the nearest village which suited us fine. We were 24 miles from Weymouth which we visited. The cottage was lovely open planned with a log burner and a bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Eddie the cottage owner was great if u needed anything he was always around and said to give him a text or call if we did.
