Description
The villa is fully detached and has its own private swimming pool, offering comfort, relaxation and spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The design of the villa was inspired by the Mediterranean Sea and the Greek islands and it has been tastefully decorated in a mixture of French seaside / Greek Islands theme with white and blue or green furniture with crisp cotton bedding and comfortable sofas and white washed furniture.
It is situated in a premium and quiet location, 300m by the sea, offering easy access to antiquities, tourist attractions, amenities and beaches. It’s only a 5 minutes walk to a bus stop with regular bus service into Paphos Town/Harbour or Coral Bay beach. A selection of restaurants, bars and shops are also within walking distance from the villa.
Just 300m away there’s a tiny picturesque fishing harbour and the start of a beautiful footpath, which follows the coastline for several kilometres; ideal for jogging or for a quiet stroll.

The villa offers 3 bedrooms, all decorated and furnished to a high standard. All bedrooms offer built in wardrobes and private en-suite facilities. Two of the bedrooms share a spacious balcony, which offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. The two single beds can be joined into one Large Double Bed on request before arrival. On request a baby cot can be supplied.

“Beautiful villa”
It was a fantastic experience from start to finish we meet with the owner and he was a great host he did a mini shop as a welcome which contained milk, tea & coffee honey porridge water bottled cheese ham water melon and lots more the rooms are big and comfortable all with on suites and queen size beds and air con in all the rooms. Kitchen is great big fridge freezer dishwasher hob and oven washing machine plus all the soaps for all the relevant machines big living room and a fair size TV for you to add your Netflix or prime accounts to chill to of an evening after a long day and the area is nice and peaceful, And we did not need a car as we used the bus service which cost €1.50 each from one end to the other coral bay to the harbour where there are some great places to eat and the supermarkets are in the harbour area where the bus garage is and it’s part of sainsburys as well I will be going back again at some point we was just getting to know the place and in my eyes it is a 10 day holiday place.
