Description

Fishermans Bank, Mudeford, is a two bedroom semi detached cottage perched on the edge of Mudeford Creek, part of a small navigable harbour which feeds into The Solent. This special holiday cottage has been in our family for three generations and remains as popular as ever with all ages.

Fishermans Bank’s picturesque harbour views, cosy interior and rich variety of leisure pursuits in the local area make it the perfect destination for a break on the South Coast.

Watersports enthusiasts will be well served by the house’s shared slipway and proximity to the harbour, whilst walkers and bird watchers will find joy in panoramic harbour walks, the nearby New Forest and the SSSI site, Stanpit Marsh. Equally the nearby Avon and Mudeford Spit beaches present plenty of entertainment for young families.

“Excellent place to stay”

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and just love the house. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. It’s such a great location and easy to walk to Avon beach, mudeford quay and Christchurch. The added bonus of course is the beautiful view you wake upto. My only comment would be that the lounge in comparison to the rest of the house is a bit dated, but still a beautiful house and would definitely go back.

“A Little Gem”

Such a fabulous house, amazing views, very clean and everything you need for a great time away. So much within walking distance, Mudeford Quay, Avon beach, Christchurch town etc. There are many lovely bars, pubs and restaurants. We would def recommend this house and would definitely go back. How do damage deposits work?

If Cindy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
