Case Rosse is a spacious modern 3 bedroom villa with fantastic views of coastal Calabria and the Thyrrenian sea. Located in a small excludive development of private villas and just minutes from numerous beaches and the clear blue waters of the Thyrrenian sea, as well as friendly local restaurants, bars, pizzerias and ice cream parlours.
The Villa includes 3 double bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 2 fully fitted bathrooms (both with shower), fully fitted designer kitchen and spacious Lounge and Dining areas opening onto a covered terrace and large landscaped garden. There is also an extensive 1st floor terrace with fantastic coastal and sea views.
A peacful location Perfect for Couples and Family Holidays, the villa has a large private garden in which to soak up the sun, and is complete with bbq, terraces, sunbeds and patio furniture.
Shared amongst a small number of villas is a fantastic infinity swimming pool and children's pool with sunloungers, chairs and parasols, as well as shower facilities.

“Pleasant stay on the Calabrian Coast”
Villa was as advertised and was very comfortable for my family and I (party of four - including two children aged 17 & 15). Villa was well equipped and very spacious, lack of dishwasher was not an issue as eating out in the local area was inexpensive, and neither was the lack of wi-if, as this allowed a complete escape from the usual disturbances of modern life. The shared pool is well maintained, but we made more use of the beautiful Sea, which was actually warmer than the pool! and only a short distance from the villa. A car is essential for exploring the local area, and don't ignore the mountain towns and villages as these were very interesting, but be warned the roads in the mountain towns and villages can get quite narrow in places! Weather was fantastic as was the food from all the local cafes and restaurants we tried.

“Perfect rural hideaway!”
If you want to see the real rural Italy away from the main tourist trail Case Rosse is the ideal spot. Calabria is one of the hidden gems of the Italian west coast letting you experience the "real" Italian lifestyle. The property is set up for a relaxing holiday with 3bed 2 bathroom, relaxing living room and well equipped kitchen accommodation. A large private garden and shaded terrace complete with magnificent sea views are a real bonus. If you want throbbing night life and lots of Brits this is not for you! But if you want arelaxing time away from it all try Case Rosse and see Italy in a new light.

“Beautiful setting,very relaxing,exactly what a holiday should be”
We have just returned from a fantastic 2 weeks, we travelled with grandparents, children aged 10 and 13 years and real Italy fans. The villa was spotless and very well equipped with lots of space inside and out very private and quiet.The pool was also very clean plenty of seating spaces and large enough even when other families were there.There are plenty of beaches nearby,the one in the town we thought the best beautiful clear blue sea very safe for children,great bar for a peroni or icecream. I have no problem recommending this villa to everyone,we definitely will go back their. Thank- you Nick for all your help and advice prior to our trip.

If your needs are for a secluded private villa with a large garden and shared pool this is for you! Beautifully furnished, great sea views and handy for local beaches and restaurants"

“A great place to stay, beautiful house, pool and views.”
We stayed there for two weeks in August, the weather was great, the house was spacious and really comfortable. The kids (3 of them) really enjoyed the pool and being on a small private development it felt really safe. Everywhere was clean most of the houses are only a few years old. Quite close to the beaches with some nice bars and restaurants. Good supermarket is about 4 miles away. Close enough to Naples and Pompei to visit in the day but its better to stay over. A tip though is take a SAT NAV it makes exploring the surrounding area loads easier. All in all a great place to stay
