Holiday Villa with private pool:
Casa Rockmorell, situated in the resort of Cala Morell, is a beautiful house overlooking a pine forest. Cala Morell is known for its impressive cliffs, wonderful sunsets and some of the oldest prehistoric settlements on the island. White houses and reflecting light, characterize the bay and surroundings. The sheltered cove is a fantastic site for diving and snorkeling. Hikers find themselves only two steps away from one of the most scenic sections of the´Cami de Cavalls`Accommodation
Casa Rockmorell, situated in sheltered upper part of Cala Morell, is surrounded by a pine forest. The house is only 15 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the ´Cami de Cavalls`.

The house consists of three apartments with independent access. The two main apartments of the property can be rented as one entire holiday home whith swimming pool, or depending on the time of the season as two individual apartments. The third little ´granny apartment` is reserved for the owners.
Main apartment (max 6 per.) ground floor / downstairs, providing three double bedrooms with three bathrooms (two en suite), kitchen, living room leading to the main outside porch, outside dining table area, pool site terrace, barbecue, swimming pool and natural garden area.
Upstairs apartment (max. 3 pers.), providing two double bedrooms, toilet, bathroom, kitchen, living room with fireplace for the colder time of the year. Additional upstairs outside, you find a large sun terrace with incredible views to the pine forest. You can enjoy evenings with beautiful light falling into the threes
All rooms are bright and spacious, carefully decorated with authentic handmade wooden furniture and natural fabrics in soft tones.
The house is fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Ground floor and the pool are prepared for people with low mobility or disability, we also provide baby accessories like cot, high chair and pool fencing. Let us know your needs and we will try to help you.
The further existing independent granny flat, with its independent entrance in the rear part of the house, is reserved for the property owner.
Depending on the time of the season, the three independent apartments of the house can also be rented separately by smaller groups at reduced rates.

“Beautiful, peaceful villa in a lovely part of Menorca.”
We had a lovely stay in Menorca and Martin was really helpful in making sure everything was ready for us. The large number of bathrooms was a real hit with so many different families staying.
