Delightful small hotel in Magreglio, only 10 minutes drive from Bellagio located in San Primo Mountain Park among breathtaking trekking paths in one of the most beloved areas for cyclists, close to the museum and the Madonna del Ghisallo church.
We will help you arranging tours for your family and activities with friends like spending an afternoon at the Jungle Raider Park or at the nearby pool or nice days by the lake in Bellagio.
Rent all the rooms for groups up to 28 people with the use of the kitchen and of the dining-room. In case you wish to rent just part of the house, do not hesitate to contact us for a personalized offer.
Service staff like chef, cleaning staff and baby-sitters available upon request as well as the chance to arrange for private transfers from/to Bellagio and from/to the airports. Restaurants and pizza places are withing walking-distance.
Our bedrooms are spacious and just been renewed, each one with television and private bathroom with shower cabin. The kitchen is modern, professional and fully equipped. The outside terraces will give you the chance to spend lovely evenings and relaxed afternoons. The owner, Lorenzo Gandola runs the winery shop "Principessa" in Bellagio and gives you the occasion to arrange wine and balsamic vinegar tastings during your stay. Ask us for our "Polenta lessons" to learn how to cook (and to eat...) the typical "Polentoncia"! We wait for you at Il Nibbio your "home away from home".

Delizioso piccolo hotel a Magreglio a soli 10 minuti da Bellagio immerso nel parco di Monte San Primo tra percorsi trekking mozzafiato in zone amate e conosciute dai ciclisti di tutto il mondo a due passi dal museo e dalla chiesetta della Madonna del Ghisallo. Vi aiuteremo ad organizzare gite per la famiglia e attività con gli amici come giornate al Jungle Raider Park oppure pomeriggi presso la vicina piscina o giornate sul lago.
Affittate tutte le camere per gruppi fino a 28 persone con l'uso della cucina e della sala da pranzo.
Nel caso voleste affittare solo parte delle camere non esitate a chiedere un'offerta personalizzata.

Il proprietario Lorenzo Gandola gestisce l'enoteca Principessa a Bellagio e offre la possibilità di organizzare degustazione di vini e aceto balsamico durante il vostro soggiorno. Richiedeteci la serata "a scuola di polenta" per imparare a preparare (e mangiare...) la tipica "polentoncia"! Vi aspettiamo al Nibbio, la vostra "casa lontano da casa"
