Accogliente mansarda in pieno centro storico, alle porte del ghetto nel quartiere medioevale della cittadina dal 2011 patrimonio dell’ UNESCO.
A pochi passi da tutti i punti di interesse turistico di Cividale
Situato tra il Monastero di S. Maria in Valle, sede del Tempietto Longobardo, la casa medioevale più antica della città e il Museo Archeologico.
Raggiungibile dai pittoreschi vicoli della zona pedonale, è un openspace ricavato nel sottotetto al terzo piano di un edificio del XIV secolo, perciò senza ascensore, ma una volta entrati nella mansarda l'accurato arredamento e l'atmosfera bohemienne ripagano la (...per altro salutare) piccola fatica.
La cucina è attrezzata di stoviglie, microonde e frigo-congelatore mentre nel ripostiglio si trova la lavatrice.
Oltre al letto normale per un' eventuale terza persona, disponiamo anche di un lettino per i bambini più piccoli.
Silvia e Andrea, amanti della musica classica (come si può intuire del nome della casa) curano l'attività di una vivace associazione musicale.
Compatibilmente agli impegni di lavoro sono disponibili a consigliare ed aiutare i propri ospiti e ad accogliere suggerimenti per migliorare l’accoglienza.
Die gemütliche Mansarde liegt im historischen Zentrum des mittelalterlichen Stadtteils, welcher seit 2011 unter dem Schutz der UNSECO steht.
In nur wenigen Schritten erreichen Sie alle interessanten touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Cividale.
Gelegen zwischen dem Kloster von S. Maria in Valle, welches aus der Zeit der Longobarden stammt, und dem Archäologischen Museum, ist das mittelalterliche Haus eines der ältesten Häuser der Stadt.
Fuß läufig zu den malerischen Gassen ist dieses ein großräumiges Appartement unter dem Dach (14. Jh.), deswegen leider ohne Fahrstuhl.
Aber wenn Sie erst einmal eintreten in die sehr ordentlich und gut ausgestattete Mansarde, umweht Sie ein Hauch der Boheme, eingerichtet mit liebevollen Accessoires.
Die Küche ist reichlich ausgestattet. Auch gibt es eine Waschmaschine.
Silvia und Andrea, Liebhaber der klassischen Musik (wie Sie dem Namen des Hauses entnehmen werden,-)) engagieren sich u.a. für ein Musikfestival in der Region
The flat is an open space attic on the third floor of a XIV century building. There is no lift, but the "healthy" effort of climbing the steps will be repaid by the beauty of the tasteful furniture and the bohemian atmosphere.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, microwave, fridge with freezer and a washing machine in the storage closet. Apart from the double bed the owners can provide a single bed and a baby bed, if required.
The building itself is only a few steps from the major tourist attractions in Cividale, like the renowned Tempietto Longobardo, the most ancient Medieval House and the Archeological Museum, the location of the flat is easily accessible through the fascinating alleys of the pedestrian area. There are also a selection of excellent gourmet restaurants to be found in Cividale
As you can guess from the house name, 'Casa Goldberg', the owners, Silvia and Andrea, are classical music lovers and run an active music organization, Associazione Gaggia, well known for its rich offerings of concerts, conferences, music festivals, etc.
During their free time they are happy to help provide information to their guests and are always ready to receive feedback and advices on how to improve their service.
