SUN ITALY room (20 sqm), it is a room, it is not an apartment it have not a kitchen:
- the room is with a double bed and with the possibility to add a single bed and a crable;
- the bathroom is in the room and it is equipped with a big shower.
- there is: a Central Air Conditioning for summer and Independent thermostat for winter + sea view.
There is no kichen but I can provide you with an electric cooker - dishes - pots - etc. .. that is, everything you need to cook simple things
