Description
This villa was built a few years ago and is located on a hill in Civitanova Marche, just 5 minutes from the sea.
You enter the villa by an electric gate in wrought iron that enters in a tree-lined street surrounded by a lush garden.
In front of the villa there is a large terrace equipped with umbrellas and chairs and that runs along the wall. Here you can relax in the Sun and let it slide away gaze towards the sea, enjoying the horizon at any time of the day.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and two large wooden tables and chairs and a large fully equipped kitchen so you can cook the finest dishes or fun to share with your friends or with your family. The Hall is illuminated by ceiling Windows along the wall that makes the extremely warm and welcoming environment. At the end of a sitting room where you can relax on comfortable sofas while listening to music or watching TV. At this floor you will find one of the 6 bathrooms of this villa.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms with Jacuzzi, a smaller bathroom and a study. Here the morning wake to birdsong when light streams through lovely arched Windows that run along the entire House.
In the basement there is a large garage that has convenient space for several cars and the last bathroom that can be conveniently used as a laundry.
On the back of the House a delicious veranda where enjoy the view of the hills and rest to birdsong and maybe enjoy a moonlit dinner.
Around the villa there are three hectares of land in part occupied by a vineyard and an olive grove. The road that loops through a campaign will be all yours for delightful walks in the nature. Don't be surprised if you see a Hare or a colourful Pheasant.
You'll find that the garden around the House, with its palm trees, dwarf pines and the amazing flower will be one of the most relaxing places you've ever known.
If you want to go to the beach, be there in 5 minutes by car.
If you wish to exit the delicious peace of villa, just a few minutes away you will be in the Centre of Civitanova which enjoy a refreshing aperitif or a seafood dinner at one of the many restaurants in the area.
