Maison en pierre agréable et confortable sur un vaste jardin clos, au calme, à 100 m de l'Yonne.

Séjour grand volume avec cheminée et une cuisine américaine.

En Rez-de-chaussée, une chambre avec un lit double et une chambre avec deux lits simples.

A l'étage, une mezzanine et une vaste chambre avec un lit double et un lit simple.

Une salle d'eau au rez de chaussée, une salle d'eau au premier étage et deux WC indépendants ( un au RDC et un au 1er).

Du 1er octobre au 30 avril: Gaz à régler en fin de séjour en fonction de la consommation ( relevé à l'arrivée et au départ, à prix coutant)

Située à 100 m des bord de l'Yonne dans un petit village proche de la ville médiévale de Clamecy (3 km), du parc régional du Morvan (15 km) et de Vezelay (20 km).

Barbecue, table et chaises de jardin, chaises longues. Possibilité de louer 2 vélos.

Draps et serviettes fournis à la demande:
