Clarens Cottage is self-catering accommodation situated within 10 minutes walking distance of the Village centre. This modern 2 bedroom cottage can accommodate 4 guests. One bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be made up as a king size bed if required. Bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. Both bedrooms have a hairdryer and digital safety lock boxes. Ablutions include towels, shampoo, body and hand wash. Fully equipped Kitchen, Dining room and Lounge are open plan leading off to a covered patio with comfortable chairs and braai facilities. Undercover parking in lock up single garage with open parking for additional vehicle. TV Dstv Premium included. Facilities included: Fireplace, Electric blankets, Electric fan heater and free standing fans. Tea and coffee are supplied. Establishment is Pet friendly with totally enclosed garden, max 2 small size dogs. A mandatory pet fee of R250 is applicable. This fee is payable directly to owner. Under no circumstances must pets be left unattended in the guesthouse. The use of the patio with access to the secure garden can be used for this purpose. Dogs are not allowed to sleep on the beds or furniture. Daily service can be arranged at an extra cost.
