You will just love the fabulous views and sunsets from this beautiful vacation villa! Bay Vista Place has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a private pool and spa that overlooks a conservation area. The home is located in the gated community of Weston Hills, just off Hwy 27 in Clermont. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway and still close enough to enjoy all the theme parks and other attractions, this is your ace in the hole! Newly renovated in 2022 under new ownership who have continued to update and make it a very comfortable home away from home.

Response from the manager Very sorry to hear about your experience, we do urge our guests to contact us if they have any issues on arrival and you did. We offered to clean the carpets the very next day and pots and pans were dropped off. A hotel room does not compare to the space and comfort you will have in a vacation rental but every guest has their preferences and staying in a vacation rental is not for everyone. We do not allow for refunds but in this case the reservation was done with a travel agent very last minute and they offered the refund their end to avoid having an unhappy guest. We understand that it would be very convenient for most but there is always a guest that may have issues so we prefer not to leave these in the homes as they become a liability,
