Description

Our Disney home is located in the upscale community of Orange Tree, ideally placed to visit theme parks, shopping malls, restaurants and nearby championship golf courses. For your relaxation and enjoyment we provide extended south facing private pool and spa, large lanai with luxury poolside furniture, solar pool heating, game room with pool table and ping pong, flat screen cable tv/dvds in family room and all bedrooms, PlayStation 2 with games, fully equipped kitchen, full laundry facilities, sports equipment for onsite facilities and wifi connectivity. The villa was just updated May 1, 2016 with new mattresses in all bedrooms along with new 32 inch flat screen TV's and DVD players in each bedroom!

Home has a security safe and security alarm.

The outside of the home was freshly painted in May, 2017 and it sparkles inside and out!

Luxury kitchen updated with new Stainless Steel appliances installed December 2017!

“Perfect!!!”

The house was the perfect place to stay for our family. Getting up every morning and having breakfast by the pool was amazing. The house was very clean and spacious. The owner Judy was very responsive to our emails and was able to accommodate our early arrival with no problems. We will definitely want to stay here again on our next vacation. Thank you Judy for letting us stay at your awesome home.

“magical disney vacation”

How do damage deposits work?

If Judy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
