K&K Villa is a beautiful, cozy, comfortable home located in a quiet community just 8 miles from Disney Parks. It is a 5 bedroom 4 bath air-conditioned villa with two Master Suites, large private pool deck and pool and jacuzzi/spa.

Within a few minutes drive, there are many more restaurants and shops. -The theme parks are between 12 - 35 minute drive. -We have outlet shopping 20 minutes away

Lake and parks within a short drive from the home. -If you would like to visit beaches, within 1.5 h drive, you can reach both beaches on east and west coast of Florida..

Response from the owner This is so surprising to hear, as our home has never had a complaint of dirt/trash, but I did not see it, nor did I hear any complaints about it during your stay so I could address the problem/issue. We did address the pool light issue, but it burned out right away (a bigger problem, that we had to fix by draining pool and fixing electrical wires). Unfortunately, we could not get done before the guest left. And, batteries for XBox management completely forgot to take care of it (This is the reason why we no longer include video game console in our amenities, as it is hard to check if anything goes wrong with it unless we turn it on and try to play). We dropped the ball on this one! We are sorry for the problems you encountered during your stay and thank you for reporting them so we make sure it does not happen again.

How do damage deposits work?
