Description
Our fully equipped villa is in Clear Creek a quiet residential area close to all the major attractions of the Orlando area. Use our villa as a base for visiting Disney, Universal Studios, Seaworld, LegoLand or International Drive, all within a 30 minute drive. Travel 90 minutes further west and visit the white sandy beaches of the gulf coast, like Clearwater or for a more adventurous day visit the roller coasters of Busch Gardens. 90 mins west are the Atlantic beaches like Daytona and don't forget the Kennedy Space Center.
When not travelling or park-hopping there is plenty of other activities to do, like relaxing in your own private south-facing pool or spa, which can be optionally heated in the winter, and you won't need to worry about the insects as the pool area is totally enclosed in a netted frame. There is also a lovely water view across the pond, where you can do some catch and release free fishing for bass or perch, without the need for a licence. For anyone more enthusiastic about fishing, there are numerous large lakes within a short drive, as our villa is located in Lake County. For anyone interested in golfing, there are numerous courses within a short drive, catering for all tastes and wallets. Orlando is also fantastic for shopping, in places like Premium Outlets, Mall at Millenia, Florida Mall and Pointe Orlando all between 20 and 40mins drive.
Inside the villa you can relax in comfort as the villa has central Air-Conditioning/Heating and a fully fitted Kitchen, with breakfast area and a separate dining area. The villa is suitable for 1 large family or 2 smaller families as there are 2 master bedrooms both with 7 ft beds, with a beautiful en-suite off the main master which has a his and hers hand-basin, a corner bath, a walk-in shower and a separate WC. The ensuite off the 2nd master has a wc and whb. The 3rd room has a single, a double and a single bunk over the double. All linen and towels are provided.
For entertainment, the villa has a 32Inch TV, DVD and CD/Radio in the living room and TVs in all the bedrooms as well as a pool table and foosball table in the garage. The villa has free WIFI and also free calls to USA and Canada.
Within a 5 minute drive you will find a large 24hour Walmart, where you can get almost everything including renting DVDs. There are also numerous restaurants, including our favorites, Sante Fe for steaks and ribs and LA Pizza for pizza and pasta. There are also all the usual fast food places including Mcdonalds, Wendys, Burger King, KFC, Dunkin Doughnuts, Starbucks.
