Magic on Magnolia Villa is a beautifully furnished 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom villa with its own private southwest facing pool and spa. The villa is situated in an upscale gated community located just 6 miles from Walt Disney World.The single storey villa includes 2 Master Suites and 2 further twin bedded rooms which share a 'jack and Jill' adjoining bathroom. This villa is perfect for one or two families, making this an ideal vacation rental home. Both master suites have direct access to the pool and patio area. For added guest convenience, all bedrooms have its own Roku TV and there is also a baby cot, highchair, stroller and baby gate available. The open plan living area is fully furnished with a full suite, giving direct access through the alarmed patio doors to the pool area. The villa comes with Roku HD TV, DVD, high speed Wi Fi and a phone to make free calls within USA, Canada and Puerto Rico as well as a Wii console and games to keep the younger ones occupied. A beautiful fully equipped kitchen, with dining table and breakfast bar, including all appliances of washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal, fridge freezer, and cutlery and cooking utensils. The dining room seats 6 and there are 2 bar stools.The outdoor pool area is extremely spacious with a full size pool and a spa which can be heated at an additional fee. The patio area is brick paved, with a covered lanai and eating area with outdoor seating.The villa also has a games room consisting of a large pool table, air hockey table and a mini soccer machine to keep the young and old entertained. A lockable security / safe box is also available for use to keep all your valuables secure. This beautiful home is situated in a well maintained gated community of High Grove located at the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27. The community clubhouse has a pool, Jacuzzi, fitness centre, a large games room with full size pool table, access to the internet, printer and fax and a large library of books to borrow and helpful concierge staff who are available to help and give you local tips. There is also a small playground and a 9 hole mini golf course. Just outside of the community is an Irish Pub, restaurants and Walmart. It is the perfect location, conveniently located providing a quiet, relaxing place to stay while being close to many attractions.
