Why stay in hotel and be cramped up in one room when you can have a full, spacious villa for the same price? Imagine waking up to sunshine and having a lovely al-fresco breakfast out on the patio knowing you won’t be covered in bugs because we have the pool area fully screened.
The lanai is shaded so you can avoid the scorching sun or if you want to sunbath, we have an extended pool deck area with 4 loungers. After a hard day at the parks, return to our luxury villa and relax by the pool while the children are playing.
POOL & SPA:
Larger than average pool measuring 30 x 15 with a Spa can be heated by prior arrangement and for additional cost, with fantastic views over conservation and trees.
Our large extended decking has plenty of space plus a covered lanai. Not directly overlooked by neighboring villas. Planting down the sides of the Pool Screen adds that extra bit of privacy.
For those traveling with young children you will be pleased to know there is a 4ft Safety Fence between the villa and the pool (removable if not required) Sun Loungers and chairs with comfy cushions, Patio Table and toys all add to your comfort and enjoyment. Underwater color changing lighting in the Pool plus a Spa means you can have a swim day or night
NOOK/DINING ROOM:
Adjacent to the kitchen and with fantastic views of the pool and the surrounding trees and conservation through the 2 large windows. Seating for 6 and a high chair is also available if required at no extra charge.
New luxury wood flooring in the Kitchen Extra seating for 2 is provided at the breakfast bar area
LIVING/LOUNGE ROOM:
Large open plan, light and airy, carpeted room with vaulted ceiling that has wonderful views out to the pool and beyond. Cable TV with large TV on the wall, lighting with overhead fan, luxury comfortable furniture ( new for 2022) Games, Books & Toys.
A 24 hour monitored alarm is fitted for your added peace of mind
MASTER BED 1: En-Suite
King size super comfy bed with added luxury mattress. Matching bedside furniture, large Dresser, Lamps, Cable TV plus a large walk in wardrobe/closet.
The En-Suite with new luxury wood flooring, comprises a double Shower with seating, WC and hand basin. A Hairdryer is also provided. This room doubles up as the Pool Bathroom - useful during the day as it saves wet feet trailing through the house. Spare bedding can all be found in the closet.
WiFi details are sent to you with your welcome information.
MASTER BED 2: En-Suite
Queen size bed with added luxury mattress. Lovely sunny room with large closet/wardrobe plus a large En-suite, with luxury wood flooring and with His 'n' Hers Wash Basins, double Shower with seating, WC and Hairdryer.
Matching bedside furniture, Dresser with mirror, Lamps, Cable TV and an alarm clock complete this room.
TWIN BEDS:
This bedroom makes use of the family bathroom right next door. 2 Single Beds both with luxury mattresses . Wardrobe/Closet and Cable TV plus dresser, bedside table with lamp and nightlight
KITCHEN:
Large fully equipped kitchen, which has everything you could possibly need
FAMILY BATHROOM:
This bathroom has luxury wood flooring and features a Bath/Tub, WC, Wash Basin, Shower over the bathtub plus a Hairdryer
FOR THE CHILDREN:
We have tried to make our villa as child friendly as possible - Free use of Baby Equipment: highchair, cot, pushchair, plug in baby monitor, toddler toilet seat, Books, Night Lights and more
A 4ft (removable if necessary) fence is located in front of the pool so that you can rest in peace knowing little ones can't get into the pool UN-noticed
PET & SMOKING:
Strictly No Pets or Smoking allowed
PARKING:
Single garage currently used as a games room. Parking on drive for 2 cars
CHANGEOVER DAYS:
We accept bookings for every day of the week. Villa must be vacated by 10am. Arrival is from 4pm on wards unless otherwise arranged
CLEANING INFORMATION:
Our villa is fully cleaned before you arrive and at the end of your stay. We have the same wonderful cleaning team to ensure consistency.

“No hay internet hace 3 días. Nadie atiende el teléfono, nadie responder los mensajes o mails”
Necesitamos alguien se ocupe de esta villa. Está abandonada por completo. Llegamos hace 3 días y no hay internet. Nos cansamos de llamar a todos los teléfonos y solo contestador. He mandado 10 mails a la dueña y no ha respondido ninguno. Además del internet, las reposeras y sillas del patio están llenas de hongo, no se pueden usar. También hay alga verde en las paredes de la pileta. No podemos usar el único smart TV de la casa porque no hay internet. Una pena, los errores se corrigen, pero la desatención no tiene justificación
