Maison de 35 m2 entièrement rénovée, située dans une résidence de vacances privée proches de 3 plages à pieds, surveillées en été.
La piscine est partagée avec les propriétaires de la résidence, un accès gracieux par badge vous sera remis si aucune restriction sanitaire ou travaux d'urgence.
* Piscine non contractuelle.
Vous profiterez du terrain clos et d'une grande terrasse exposée Sud.
Mobilier de jardin, parasols et barbecue à disposition en très haute saison.
Place de parking privée.
La taxe de séjour est de 0.80 cts par nuit, par personne + 18 ANS
