You will be welcomed home Catie in a Breton house of the XIX century, granite, located in the medieval center of Quintin, small town character of the Côtes d'Armor and rich ancient walled city a dozen listed buildings . You will stay on the ground floor of the house. Your apartment has a separate entrance street side and a direct access to a private terrace of 7 m² garden side. This apartment of 35 m² for one or two people consists of: • a carpeted room, equipped with twin closer (180x200) or separate (2x90x200) with a desk / dressing table, two chairs, and a library corner a separate toilet adjoining + Sink. • tiled living room, with two comfortable armchairs yellow leather, coffee table, two upholstered chairs, satellite TV, a HiFi chain and a fridge for your drinks and snacks. A kettle and an assortment of teas, herbal teas and coffee are free device, an electric coffee maker. • a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, basin and WC. It is equipped with a heated towel rail and a hairdryer. Toiletries - soap, shampoo, hair dryer - available. • a private wooden terrace (direct access) on a typical Breton enclosed garden of 400m², without vis-à-vis. Garden furniture and electric barbecue. Garage closed for bicycles and motorcycles. • A free public parking 50 meters from the house; • The internet (wifi) free; • Breakfast (Breton and plentiful!) Is served at the time of your choosing between 7:30 and 10:30 or on your terrace or in your Living Room. The apartment has no kitchen. You will find in the city center a few steps from home Catie several restaurants, pubs, cafes and bakeries, a creperie, a pizzeria, a kebab and organic and local products to supermarket (Ty Farmers)!
