SUBTROPICAL PARADISE 2 BEDROOM/2BATHROOM CONDO is located just a few steps to the beach in a beautiful and well-kept complex, that is family-friendly. ENJOY FANTASTIC DIRECT OCEAN VIEWS ON YOUR OWN PRIVATE 30 FT LONG BALCONY. Have a freshly brewed cup of coffee in the morning or relax with a glass of wine or a cup of herbal tea in the evening and soak in all the colors of the beautiful sunset and sunrise every morning and night!

The condo is ideal for 4 adult guests or 2 adults and 2 children.

If you are vacationing with the family and want to enjoy the beach and pool, or are looking for a romantic vacation with spectacular sunrises on the Atlantic ocean and long walks on the beach, this unit is the perfect vacation destination. The unit is complete with beach towels, all utensils, pots, and pans, dishes, etc. Cable TV, DVD, and wireless internet 200 Mbps are provided. There are a stackable washer and dryer for your use. Your bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided, along with everything you and your family need to have fun at the beach! You can walk to Downtown Cocoa Beach, where you can enjoy live music, fishing from the pier, or visit Ron Jon's Famous Surf Shop and Museum.

The grounds are spacious and include a large solar heated pool. Outside near the pool are charcoal grills that are available for your use. The beach walkway has a water hose to make it easy to rinse off as you come and go on the beach.
