A stone's throw from the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, this 1500 square foot beachfront condo is the perfect place for your getaway. The condo has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a large open concept kitchen, dining room, living room with a queen sized air mattress for additional sleeping arrangements (not a sleeper sofa) and a balcony laid out over 2 levels.

It has been completely upgraded and includes a 52" LCD TV, porcelain tile throughout, renovated kitchen and comes with all of the linens, towels and beach supplies you and your family would ever need.

You can watch your kids in the large oceanfront heated pool or simply enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach and ocean all from your large private balcony. Cocoa Beach Club 206 is a perfect example of how you do not have to compromise on location and style - you can have it all!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
