Large House of 250 m2 (of the 1950s, renovated) bright/sunny and spacious located in a quiet residential area between sandy beaches and shopping streets, you can enjoy all the animations of this seaside resort and tourist city of charm and history.

The House is ideally located, you will have access to all amenities at feet: shops, markets, halls, restaurants, City Close, fishing and recreational harbours, departure for many excursions (Glénan Islands), and coastal paths. The House is located 650 m from the beach and 800 m from the city centre, the port and the City Close.

The House can accommodate 8 people in real beds and a comfortable and contemporary setting, overlooking the sea on the Bay of Concarneau from several parts of the House (kitchen, veranda, lounge and bedroom) home has, side street, a courtyard with a place and parking to the rear of a walled garden of 800 sqm wooded, very nice and quiet with picnic table, living room of garden, barbecue, umbrella, chairs and Chilean.

It is composed: - of a kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster), - a large living room / dining room 40 m2 with flat screen TV and HiFi system-radio/CD/MP3/station iPod/iPhone, - to a veranda with sea view and balcony with acces to the garden - two bedrooms with double beds 140 x 190 with with broad views of sea and corner toilet - a bedroom with two beds 90 x 190 - a room with 2 beds 90 x 190 with the possibility of matching them to get a bed of 180 x 190, - an office, - 3 bathrooms with bathtub and 3 WC -, a laundry room with machine washing, Ironing Board and irons, dryers and vacuum cleaners.

Available on request and free of charge of baby equipment: bed bars, changing table, high chair, bathtub, pot and crockery plastic.

Bed linen and the towels are not provided but can be offered as an option on request.

Located between Quimper and Pont-Aven, it is an ideal home for a holiday with family or friends.

Access: - TGV station at Quimper (25 km) or Rosporden (15 km) and binding by coach, then - airport of Quimper (30 km).
