Description

A charming two story house fully renovated. the property is situated directly on the shores of the Lac du Bourget, the largest Natural lake in France. It is located within the Village of Conjux with its fishmonger, restaurants, harbour and tennis courts.

The house consists of a large open plan living and dining area, a kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. All the rooms have uninterrupted views onto the lake and the surrounding mountains

Externally, there is a large garden with a sun terrace, a private pontoon and boat launch ramp with direct access to the lake for swimming, sailing, fishing and other water sport activities.

Getting around

The house is ideally located in a nature reserve, within ten minutes drive from the medieval village of Chanaz along the canal de Saviere, 20 min from the thermal Town of Aix-les-Bains and 40 min from Annecy. It is on the way to some of the famous Tour de France rides like le Cold du Chat and Col du Grand Colombier et col de la Biche and the nearby famous Abbaye d’Hautecombe.

“Wonderful vacation”

The house Cois Locha and the surrounding area is beautiful. We sailed on the water, traveled through the province and sat on the terrace for hours where we enjoyed the landscape and company of good friends. The house fits perfectly for families.
