Villa Rochford is a brand new holiday accomodation on Tasmania's Tasman Peninsula. The two bedroom / two bathroom property is situated on Rochford Hall's Multi National Award Winning Boutique Olive Grove.

The Villa is ideally suited to one or two couples seeking quality accomodation nearby to Tasmania's Tasman Peninsula or Tasmania's East Coast.

The National Parks with walking tracks aplenty invite you to don the boots. Return to Villa Rochford to relax, unwind and enjoy the peaceful surrounds of the Olive Grove, sounds of the country and abundant bird life. Or, you could easily visit the Port Arthur Historic Site. Book a Tasman Island Cruise & view the amazing coastline and wildlife of the Tasman Peninsula.

Visit the beautiful East Coast. Only 40 minutes to your first stop. Beaches & Vineyards await.

Orford, Swansea, Coles Bay/Freycinet National Park, Bicheno & beyond.

Or pack a picnic and head to our Private Access at Bream Creek Vineyard.

Villa Rochford offers you an Antipasto platter on arrival. Breakfast provisions (Fresh fruit, granola, eggs & bacon) are also provided for your first morning.

The property is self catering with a full kitchen and outdoor BBQ. You can pick up food provisions on route from Hobart Airport at Sorell Woolworths, Coles or Sorell Country Fresh Market.

However, we can provide packaged meal options if required. Please enquire once booking is confirmed.

Local Wines, Beers & Cider are stocked in our Wine Bar available to purchase

Both bedrooms are equipped with King size double beds & each bedroom has its own Ensuite.

Wedding Hire

Whilst our Villa is for accomodation, our Rochford Hall Olive Grove property is available for Wedding Ceremony & Reception hire.

We have a separate area set up for The Reception, provide Bar management, car parking and many other options as required.

The Bride & Groom can have a semi BYO wedding, within the tranquility of our Olive Grove with accomodation onsite.

Whilst we are frequently onsite occupying the original cottage and tending to our Olive Grove we respect your privacy as guests at Villa Rochford. However, we are more than happy to hear about your holiday travels, talk and show you our Olive Grove or even take your on a tour of our cattle property.

We do require guests to depart at 10am so we can prepare the Villa for new guest arrivals.

We throughly enjoyed the interaction with had them and were thrilled they allowed us to show them our cattle property. A highlight, was seeing Remi's delight at his new 'skimming stones' record in our river. Also beautiful seeing Bella entranced & loving with our golden retriever Sashal.
