Description
Villa Nautilus is a unique two bedroom holiday home within a 4500 square metre lushly planted grove situated at the very heart of Corfu island. The property is ideally suitable for couples, families and/or groups of friends that enjoy being close but still far enough from the hustle and the bustle of the city centre and the main tourist areas. Conveniently located within a ten minute drive from Corfu town, five minute drive to Aqualand (Corfu's and one of Europe's biggest waterparks) and ten to fifteen minutes to the beautiful shores of the west of the island (Glyfada,Kontogyalos, Agios Gordios, Gyaliskari and Ermones) as well as an 18 hole golf course (Ermones-Corfu golf club) but still offering peace of mind with the quieteness of its immediate suroundings consisting mainly of green fields, gently sloped hills and a small residential area neighbouring with parts of the property.
The villa offers complete and total relaxation. Whether is by the pool on the sunbeds with their thick sunpads accompanied by a good book or inside the living room surfing wirelessly on the internet or watching a high definition movie on the 42" tv , the choice is entirely up to you. In the process of building your dream vacation you will discover that both bedrooms apart for high quality mattresses and bedding also boast air conditioning units as well as a 22" lcd tvs. The living room is always flooded by the warm mediterranean sun making it difficult to discern between the inside and the outside. Its' modern mediterranean farm house interior is a feast to the eye and the comfortable seating will be highly appreciated by guests. The kitchen has all the usual appliances for the nights or days that you will be staying in practicing your cooking abilities as well as a kitchen island that seats four so that by the end of the day we gather all around in order to try the local delicacies. With its ample indoor and outdoor seating and lounging areas the villa was always meant for one thing: letting go!

“Fantastic place to stay”
Konstantinos was a fantastic host, nothing too much bother for him. The property is perfect for a couple and the little touches from the owner make it a great rental! The pool is awesome and clean!

“A great place and quiet”
We are are family of 4 with 2 teenage boys and stayed at the villa for 2 weeks. From the start our host, Konstantinos could not be more helpful and sorted out the very shoddy hire care company for us before leading us to his beautiful villa. It is decorated in a traditional style although still has all the mod cons you need for a home from home stay and the washing machine, micro wave and oven came in very handy. Our host and his wife cleaned the villa twice a week to a very high standard and was always on the end of a text to answer our queries. The pool was amazing and great for the swimming enthusiast as it is very deep at one end which allows diving. The nearest taverna was 2 minutes drive away along with the local shops and the water park was 10 minutes away. All in all a great location if you want to be a little out of the way but with a car, still close for all amenities. A lovely holiday.
