Description
This prettily restored stone cottage, full of original features and exposed beams is ideally placed between the medieval town of Dinan and the beautiful Brittany coast. Within very easy reach of St Malo, Dinard, the ports and airports it provides an excellent base for discovering all the area has to offer. The village of Corseul with shops and restaurants is a couple of minutes away, as is the market town of Plancoët. The property comprises on the ground floor: A large living and dining room with fireplace and woodburning stove, a fully fitted kitchen equipped with oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher and clothes washer, microwave and fridge with freezer. Upstairs a landing leads to two bedrooms; a twin and a double, and a family shower room with wc. Private courtyard garden in front with parking and a lawned garden to the rear with views over the valley and the little stream.
Pretty house of character in stone and visible beams. It comprises on the ground floor: living room - living room with fireplace and wood burning stove, a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge with freezer. On the floor a landing serves two rooms and a room of water with toilet. Court and closed and private parking in front, private garden with lawn at the back overlooking the valley and a small stream. Nestled in a quiet hamlet, close to the towns of Corseul and Plancoët where you will find shops and restaurants. The proximity of the medieval town of Dinan and the coast offers multiple choices for a great holiday.

“Beautiful cottage”
We spent two great weeks in this beautiful cottage in a very peaceful location. The coast is only a 20 minute drive with beautiful beaches and coastal walks and there are also great walks along the banks of the Rance river. Gillian and Christian are great hosts and have some great tips for places to visit. We hope to return soon

“Wonderful peaceful week”
Location couldn’t have suited us better, down a quiet lane... parking in private courtyard out front where we enjoyed breakfast in the morning. Lovely garden out back to relax and read with only bird song for accompaniment... Gite itself spacious and comfortable with everything you could need, including bikes in the shed if you fancied a tootle around the local countryside. Loads of great places to visit all within an hours drive .... hosts great too, never intrusive but on hand if required .... thank you. Would love to return again if in area.
