Newly renovated fully equipped and furnished to high standard 1st floor apartment, consisting of sitting / dining, separate kitchen including dishwasher, main bedroom, a small room holding a sofa bed accommodating 2 persons leading to an internal small terrace / balcony with washer. No Lift installed.

Please note that Electricity is on a PAY per Use System. One must have €1 or €2 in hand to insert in coin meter for electrical consumption.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
